In a connected future, Internet access is a basic right. Moving the process of government and democracy online requires that all homes be connected to high-speed broadband services to ensure equality of access. We will extend the requirement on basic, affordable telephony to broadband to help ensure homes have sufficient access to the Internet and to keep pace with the connected digital economy.

Require all UK Internet Service Providers to provide IPv6 connections to home and business users by 2020[^ipv6].

The sentence here doesn't flow well from the previous paragraph. Adding "We will" improves that but also makes the manifesto more assertive.

Could you also not put a sentence on why ipv6 addresses are important without us having to click a link and read an article? For us plebs?

Haha you are no pleb to me @xyleneb :) Point taken - the Ofcom link also doesn't explain what IPv6 is!
