👍 but with a question - why 15 and 16? Seems arbitrary. @dangerousbeans would say that anyone can vote (any age). I would suggest that at 15 and 16 hormone-filled teens may not actually make sound decisions.
However - at age 18, there are a lot more interesting things going on than being able to vote (for the majority of folk), so a reduction is definitely favourable. Get (Empower!) 'em while they're young, ay?

👍 there are lots of good reasons for reducing voting age to 16+. Dropping to 15+ for local elections is an interesting idea too.
