From the Something New policy page. Need turning into manifesto addition:

We will repeal the Data Retention and Investigatory Powers Acts 2014 that treats all British people as potential threats to national security. We will end the surveillance culture and any government snooping on individuals without the permission of the Courts, on the basis of probable cause. We will champion investigation and intelligence-based security and resource it accordingly.

Something like:

We will repeal in full the Data Retention and Investigatory Powers Act 2014 which is in breach of Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights and Article 7 of the European Charter of Fundamental Rights.

We will oppose any further efforts to introduce blanket retention legislation which compromises the fundamental right to privacy.

We oppose any illegal snooping by intelligence organisations without the authority of the Courts in the form of a warrant.
